Zen Core Software

Software suite for microscope image acquisition, processing, analysis, and data connectivity. Configurable graphical user interface including workbench concept for customized routine jobs and workflows. Full integration of ZEISS microscopes, Axiocam cameras and additional components. 

ZEN core 
• This is the main imaging software used for image acquisition and image analysis. 
• Hardware Recognition – allows encoded microscope communication with a computer 
• Configurable with a variety of modules for image analysis needs. 

ZEN analyzer 
• This has the same functionality as ZEN core, with the exception of image acquisition capabilities. 
• This option is perfect for offline workstations, i.e. performing image analysis away from a microscope workstation. 

ZEN starter 
• This is the free version of the ZEN core software, available for download at any time. A license is required for full functionality of ZEN core. 
• Manual scaling’s only; encoded capability is possible with coded module.

Zen Core Analysis & Acquisition (does this go on this page?)

Toolkits and modules expand the capabilities of ZEN core. Toolkits and modules may contain standard-based workflows for materials applications, such as grain size, multiphase analysis, and layer thickness measurements. They may also expand microscope control, such as allowing the acquisition of tiles, multi-position and z-stack images using motorized components. Toolkits and modules are modular, and can be added at a later date to an existing license of ZEN core.
