The Mitutoyo HV-110 and HV-120 macro Vickers hardness testers are each equipped with a Vickers indenter mounted on a motorized turret, with a wide range of test loads. Up to 2 improved long working distance objectives can be mounted on the measuring microscope and a video camera unit enables precise measurement of the indentations. The touch screen LCD panel conveniently displays the hardness value, as well as data processing functions such as hardness scale conversions, statistical calculations, and OK/NG determinations.

Quick Slide Vice – can be positioned anywhere along the T-slots, and allow samples up to 3″ (76 mm) deep to be secured.
Chamber Cleaning – simply adjust the valve to redirect coolant from the blade to the cleaning hose.
Vertical Adjusting Clamp – can be positioned in any orientation throughout the T-slots in the tables.
