Semiautomatic polisher for EBSD and other analyses
The V-Prep 12x™ is a vibratory polisher designed for deformation-free preparation of metallurgical samples. Utilizing a vibratory motion, it gently polishes mounted or unmounted samples without manual pressure—ensuring uniform, repeatable results and making it ideal for EBSD and other advanced analyses.
The corrosion resistant bowl can be configured for either ferromagnetic or adhesive backed polishing cloths and can be easily removed and replaced for cleaning.
The intuitive touchscreen interface simplifies operation with five (5) user-defined preset buttons allowing quick and easy parameter selections.

Features

- 7″ color LCD touchscreen features store and recall of up to five (5) adjustable presets, including settings for amplitude, frequency, cycle time and corrosion prevention (on/off)
- Corrosion/chemical resistant, quick-change bowl allows rapid removal and replacement for cleaning.
- Magnetic interface inside the bowl allows polishing cloths to be quickly and easily changed
