Cold Mounting
Reliable, large volume system for cold mounting
The PC-200™ is a large volume pressure chamber for cold mounting with acrylic and epoxy. With an 8.5″ diameter opening and 7.5″ depth, this chamber accommodates a wide variety and size of mounting cups, including silicone, 2-part, disposable and Teflon™.
The loading tray will hold several mount cups. The cups can be filled outside the chamber and quickly loaded for pressurization. Lined with nonstick PTFE for easy cleanup of spilled resin, up to three (3) trays can be stacked to expand the mount capacity of the chamber.
