The TEM Wedge Polisher and Cross‑Sectioning Tool are engineered for precise, repeatable sample preparation for transmission electron microscopy and advanced materials analysis. The TEM Wedge Tool enables controlled thinning to electron transparency, with rear micrometer heads that allow accurate radial or axial (wedge) angle adjustment for optimized material removal. Optional non‑rotating micrometer heads eliminate faceting of Delrin® feet, supporting consistent, artifact-free polishing. Cross‑sectioning and Pyrex® paddles attach via a cam‑locking system that requires no tools, allowing fast removal for inspection and exact repositioning throughout the process. The small Pyrex® contact footprint minimizes planarization time by reducing abrasive contact area, improving efficiency while maintaining precise control, making these tools ideal for high-resolution, preparation‑critical microscopy workflows.
