Garrett earned a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and worked for two years as a Lead MWD Field Engineer at Hawkeye Directional before joining Martindale in 2020. Garrett’s operational experience gives him hands on experience in modern drilling, production, and completion techniques. Garrett assisted and lead revenue and expense audits special projects before moving into the Regulatory Compliance group.

• State severance, conservation, and gross production tax reporting
• ONRR and State volume compliance requests
